OMG! And it's by David Tutera too?! I must get this book. I LOVEDavid Tutera's work. I wanted a couture wedding but it just wasn't in our budget.

I think this book is more on how to have a Fairy-Tale "type" wedding, not specifically how to have a Disney Fairy Tale Wedding at WDW. If you are looking mainly for advise on how to book certain events, and doing things to make your wedding more magical, Id purchase the online book offered by Carrie (Lurkyloo). I had to laugh when they did the Fairytale Wedding on TV about 6 months ago (the bride was on this board), and when someone mentioned a "hidden mickey" to David Tutera, he didn't have the slightest idea what they were talking about!

I totally agree that if you're planning a Disney Wedding Get Carrie's book! It's the cheapest and most useful book for a Disney wedding I could have ever asked for. You can also get a BW (with full color cover) printed copy really cheap from lulu.com...I am serious if you don't have it and you're planning a wedding you're missing out! It makes everything so clear and made my family members realize I wasn't crazy for wanting a Disney wedding (partly because it's cheaper than they thought it would be) Here's the link...

Sarah the best way to get through the bugs is via LurkyLoo (Carrie) on this forum! She is the author and should be able to walk you through the process...I'd just PM her. I didn't have a problem buying mine hope it works out for you!

And my view on the Fairy Tale Wedding book...it looks more like a nice coffee table book with LOTS of pictures YIPPY (however they look pretty dated, are they the same 1990's pictures from the planning DVD?)

I just posted this for ppl to see and make their own mind up on either getting it or not. I know myself I'll wait until the day I meet a guy and he proposes to get it most likely, but even though I'm not getting married, I know I'd like to look at it.

I believe from what I read it helps you create a Disney Themed wedding without going to any of the parks or cruises. For the ppl who can't afford it or other.

For UK buyers they have to process it manually for some reason, they did it for me and i'm sure they'll do it for you as well. When did you e-mail?

I look forward to the beautiful pictures that are sure to be in it.

But I also, second (third, fourth?) the suggestion to buy Carrie's book if you want practical, specific DFTW advice; as this seems like it will be more generic about weddings.
