Please take the Martha Stewart craft items off of sale. Last week it was all items, this week it is just Christmas ones. I really need a punch and while 10% may not seem like a big deal to you it is to all of us crazy crafters out there. (They are on sale for 30% off and my coupon is for 40% off)

I just picked up a couple of around the page sets at AC Moore with a 50% off coupon. I hope to get back there later this week with more coupons to pick up another set. I love register hopping.

Judging from the response that I got after writing about them dropping the Pioneer albums from the stores, it would not do you much good, or even make you feel better about life. ITA tho, I get so frustrated when I go into either Hobby Lobby or Michaels and what I wanted to use the 40% or 50% on is 30% off instead. I wait for most of it to get off sale before I'll buy it. Heck, I was mad at myself for forgetting about my 50% coupon for Michael's this past week and paying a whole $2 more for the scrapbook I bought. :rolleyes: Ridiculous perhaps, but I totally feel your pain.

The week before last, I wanted to finish buying my JetMax cubes to finish off my scrapbook room. I had two 50% off coupons, so I went to one register and my daughter went to another. Unfortunately they were already on sale for 30% off. I couldn't believe it when the cashier told me that since she sees me in there all the time, she would charge me the regular price and take the 50% off of it!!! She even told the other cashier to do the same for my daughter. I thought that was so sweet of her. Our Michaels will also let you use up to 5 coupons in one visit as long as they are from different sources (one from the newspaper, one from an email, one from a magazine, price matching from Hobby Lobby or Joann's, etc.). I know I am very lucky to have such an accomodating Michaels. :goodvibes

That was nice of her! Much like Morgan's mom, both of the Mike's I go to are coupon nazis. They act like the $ is coming out of their paycheck and they look at the coupons with a fine tooth comb. (Sunday I bought a $1.19 bottle of paint with a 40%. The cashier looked at the coupons for about 20 secs. Come on lady, I am saving 47 cents! :lmao:)

Our Michaels is bad also. It gives me great joy to go in there with my 4 year old and give him a coupon and a $20.00 bill and let him buy something right behind me. They have to let him, but you can almost see the steam coming out of their ears and they are not pleasant about it! In fact, this evening I'm taking all 3 of my kids because there is a lot of stuff I need to get. Can't wait to see their faces tonight!

Wow, I'm so glad that I have my Michaels! Now I just wish we had an Archivers nearby. The closest one is an hour away. :(

Oh Archievers and Hobby Lobby! I can only dream that they will someday come to New Jersey! We just have Mike's and ACM. Joanns has next to nothing for scrapbooking.

I love Archiver's clearance paper bins. People just look at me because I sit right on the floor and sort through them. :rotfl:

I might get to go to Archivers today after work!!!! A friend of mine sent me a message wanting to know if I wanted to go somewhere...the choices were Ann Taylor Loft (that will be a big NO, I owe them too much money right now), a photography store in Atlanta (don't want to fight the traffic), or Archivers! It's a long drive, but with a good friend it won't be so bad. I can't wait!!!

I really like it. I want loops too, but I think I might be able to recreate that on my G. I am sure I could have done that with rings, but I don't really have that kind of patience! :lmao:
