How to get an EXTRA ME Luggage Tag?

I got our YELLOW tags for our trip in December, but they only send one per traveler. Our airline will allow 2 checked bags per guest. How can I get one more yellow tag for the ME?

You need to call DME and request additional tags. I don't know the phone number however. When we requested our additional tags, they were couriered to us in 2-3 days
