Group Reservation - July & Oct

I am looking into doing a group reservation for July 4th 2010 and Halloween 2010. Please let me know if you are interested and what dates you would want to stay. You can pm me or post on the board. We need at least 10 reservations for both dates.

I would love October - to include Halloween - which falls on a Sunday next year. Maybe 10/29 to 11/6 - or something inbetween those dates?

I was thinking about the middle of the week before, to the middle of the week after. But If we only make it for a long weekend, then like this year people can add days before and after. I think we are going 10/28 thru 11/2.

I've been trying for Halloween and there is nothing available. We want to be there Oct 29-Nov 2.

I already have a call into group reservations. I am going to call again Monday and see if I can get the contract. For Oct we will have no problem filling 10 sites. I don't think it will be a problem for July either. I will keep you posted.

I would make sure they match, or come close to Donnie's and Carol's rates, otherwise it is not worth your trouble.;)

I'm in for June 30 to July 6th and Oct 20 to Nov 2. We've been trying to make Halloween ressies for weeks and still nothing available.

I hope the rates are what we got last year, I called for July 4th and the reg rate is $80 a night, I am hoping that the group rate is close to what we got last year.
I am keeping a list of everyone who is interested and will let everyone know.

I spoke with Group Reservations today and they are sending me the contracts. We cannot call in until I sign them and they get them back, she is emailing them to me and I can sign, scan them and email back, then they turn it over to someone else and give me the go ahead for us to call in our reservations.
The October Res. is 10/28/10 thru 11/3/10 $49 a night for full hookup, if available you can get days before and after.
The July is July 1 thru july 5th for $76 a night full hookup. I told her that wasn't a very good rate, but she said the rates are 80 and 83 for the weekend. I checked online and that is what is coming up.
I only booked 10 sites, I will have more if everyone that says they want them reserves, I am booking 2 sites, I asked if we could get more and she said they are limited.
I am not so sure about the July one, so far I only have 5 who are interested and that might change with the price, I am not sure if it is worth putting my name on the contract if I don't get enough because I could be responsible for the sites, not that I think they can't book them.
What does everyone want to do?
Please let me know ASAP because I don't want to give it up if you all are interested and if you know anyone who might be let me know and I will email them.

I can't believe I'm already planning another trip! When I haven't been to my next one lol! I'm interested in Halloween. I think my dates will be alittle different arriving on the 30th checking out on 11/05/10. Please let me know when you get the information.

I'll be in for October. Not sure yet if we want to do Wed - Tues over Halloween, or the 30th - 7th. Have to add up the vacation time and look at pay periods to see how much leave I'll want to use next year.

They emailed me the contracts today, I have no problem with the October one, I even asked if I could get more than 10 sites.
But I am a little afraid of the July one, I have 6 telling me they are interested is anyone else?

just bringing this up to make sure everyone who requested reservations has all the information and remembers to make them. Let me know if you don't want the site, I have people asking for more than one site, I won't give it up until I know everyone who said they wanted one lets me know.
