misplaced annual pass

Anyone know if there is anything I can do about a misplaced annual pass? Or will I just have to purchase another one?

I would think there is something to be done about that. Have you tried calling Guest Services? They put you in the computer so surely they can pull you up and issue a voucher for the rest of your pass so that you can get another printed the next trip.

I called them and they charge a $10 fee. Which i am not going to complain about

For replacements, they will ask for another picture ID (driver's license will work) and a $10 replacement fee.
