We live in the north of Scotland, and have great difficulty with email with MS they seem to always get the bookings wrong........!!! . It cost a small fortune to phone from here, we don't have 10/10 buck a call. So you would think a company like Disney would use the e mail system more than it does, we shall probably get the brochure next year alaong with pins,bags,cards

sorry you are having so much trouble. I have only made dinner reservations with MS and they have done a good job. this is probably a stupid questions but are you giving MS everything they need your member number, 3 different times for your stay, what type of room, your preferred views, smoking vs non-smoking, how many people?
