lots of mentions of business/shareholders/balance sheet in there, and absolutely nothing about customers/guests.

Seems disney has well and truely lost its customer focus doesnt it? :sad2:

.....or fear that Tom is now in charge of the parks.

And what does Jay know about GAAP????? Will he run the finances like he ran the parks?
