my Dd16 attacked last night

radomly by some idiot .she fought back but the idiot pinned her up by her neck ..
she has to write a statment today for the police ...
this world is becoming mad !!

we have to go to the police station at 2.30 for her to write a statement .they have the chap in custody and he has amitted he attacked her .

At least they have got the offender - dont settle for a caution - say you want him charged! (They will only offer this if he has no previous convictions for a similar offence but in any regard you have to agree to it).

Please re-assure your DD that although these things DO happen, they are usually very rare (This is my line of work.... not attacking people.. dealing with offenders:lmao:)

I am so sorry for you and your daughter at least he has admitted it and will get whats coming to him. I know what you are going through my DD was sexually asaulted by a taxi driver a few weeks ago unfortunately the scum bag got away with it and the charges against him were dropped. It will be difficult for her for a while but things will get better sending her a huge:hug:xx

we went to the police station and gave a statement ...now we have been told he has been bailed until jan pending investigations
she has asked if she can have the day off tomorrow from school but i think she should go and have some normalty .......
what do you all think ..?
