If we decide to go for dinner without DS can we use his unused TS credit for anything? I would hate to lose one or possibly 2 credits if we go signature.

If you have enough time and are able to squeeze in another TS, you can pay OOP for your meals and use a TS credit for DS. Of course if you do signature, that means you will need to do it twice.

Your son could use it if you book another meal, but that means you pay oop.Kids credits can not be used by adults for anything

We used our sons extra TS credit at Earl of Sandwich on our last day. I know not the best use of it but at least we were able to use up all of our credits before we left.

Will they let us use a TS for CS there? DS loved the pizza sandwich the last time we were there so I would be happy to use it at Earl rather than lose it. Thanks.

We had no problem doing it, I just asked at the counter before I ordered, they said it was fine but I wouldn't get anything extra, which was fine with us. After 10 days of free dining we were done, on our last day we still had 11 meals left and 10 snacks. We all ate at Wolfgang Puck Express, and then ordered 5 sandwiches to go at Earl of Sandwich to eat on the ride home. The kids got to each pick 2 things at Goofy's Candy Company. Didn't want to leave with any credits left!

We asked our server at our last TS meal if we could order another meal to go and she said yes. I very nicely told her that we were leaving and loved their food and wondered if I could do it. She said "no problem" and came home with a great meal that I sealed up in my Food Saver - yes, I bring it to Disney, every single trip!!!!!
I am not saying that all servers will do that, but we've done it several times, including our last trip and had no problems. Good Luck!:cool1:

Considering how little it costs for kids DDP, I wouldn't worry about it.

LOL you are probably right. It just bugged me so much that we had 2 wasted adult CS last trip. We had 5 left and went to Earls on our way to the airport. There was no way we could fit 5 meals in our carry on. I even tried to give them away in line but everyone looked at me like I was nuts when I offered.
