Has anyone used this site? Seems interesting and looks like it would make me like the dreadmill a bit more. (Like having a personal trainer talk me through my run). For $149 you get a year of unlimited downloads... not sure if that's a good deal or not.

I am fascinated by this website, Suzann. Let me know if you try it. I'm curious if you like it or not. I would like to find a trial for it maybe.

I am also interested. I hope someone here has tried it and can provide some feedback.

Ok, I bit the bullet and ordered the 1 year plan (got 15% off too... turned out to be $120 something)

Downloaded some workouts and did my first 20 minute one on the treadmill last night... WOW, LOVE IT! The 'trainer' talks to you all the way through it (not annoyingly) and motivates you through the tough sections of the workout! This particular workout changed speed and incline every 2 to 3 minutes... it was great to hear someone say "You can do this for 2 minutes... just 2 minutes"
The same workout is for walkers, joggers and runners... she just tells you your speed for each group!

They have workouts for treadmills, ellipticals, spinning, stairclimbers, rowing machines, weight lifting... you name it.. they have it.

If you guys have questions, feel free to ask... I'll try to answer with my limited knowledge so far :)
