Once you bank your points for the year, if you decide you want to go again before you receive your annual points, do you borrow points from your new points or can you borrow from your banked points?

You can borrow from the next year's actual points, but not the banked points.

I believe you will have to borrow from the next year's points. Banked points stay banked and cannot be banked again nor borrowed from..
