Points in "Reservation Status"

I saw a resale that interested me and it says that there are 61 points in "Reservation Status". What does this mean?

It means that those points may not be used for a DVC resort reservation. They may only be used at a non-DVC resort, Concierge Collection or Adventure Collection. They can't be banked or transferred and will thus expire at the end of the current use year if not used.
