Holiday Decorations?

Hello to all just got back from a wonderful trip and the fabulous Food and Wine Festiva:banana:l. We have been every time of year but Thanksgiving,the family wants to go then. I was wondering when they put up the Holiday Decorations ? Most of the family has never seen them and we missed a lot coming down New Years. Also what is the weather and crowd levels like?
