Non DVC members staying at BLT ?

Tried to find the answer with search but I'm still a little confused.

If non-members are staying at BLT, do they have access to the deck but not the Lounge? Or do thay not have access to both?

So now if you ARE a DVC member, but staying on a cash ressie, you can still use the deck AND lounge - correct?

If the reservation is booked through DVC Member Services--points OR cash, member OR non-member--then you get access to the lounge and the deck.

Folks on cash reservations booked through CRO or a travel agent do NOT get access to the lounge or the deck.
