This is why I love the Dis. A tremendous interview with Andrew Zimmern. Props to Dave Parfitt and Teresa Echols for the work they did with this interview. I love Andrew and to hear him talk about his love of Disney and Epcot is just so cool. How great would it be to put Andrew in charge of some Disney restaurants? Once again great job guys. This is why I love this site! Kudos to the entire staff. :thumbsup2

Thank you so much. I have to say I was so impressed with talking to Andrew in person. I do watch his show (usually when I'm folding laundry), but I'm not a "religious" watcher. His passion and knowledge for food and culture exuded from him when talking to him. On the shows, I think he plays a bit of a character of a "goofy" guy who eats weird foods, but he was so knowledgable and passionate when talking to him. I was very impressed. I want to get his book now.

Loved the interview and I love Zimmerman! You can tell by the show that he is a very passionate man when it comes to food and cultures and the interview showed that. Two :thumbsup2:thumbsup2!
