History of this PTR[!! Originally I was going with another "Grannie" and we were in search of Hot Italians but in May:lmao: Now with some arm twisiting .\, ( okay Jordan and Winkers ya didn't have to twist toooooo hard ) I am going in Feb 2010 !!!!!

The When.... Feb 4th thru 11th
The Where ..... Pop century !!!!!
The Who ... just little old me on another solo trip!!!:banana:

The Meets ... with Winkers and hopefully Jordan !!!

As this came about very quickly I don't even have Itinary numero uno done yet !! But I am meeting Cherie and DJ at Raglan Road and again at Kuzzinas /COLOR]:banana::banana:Jordan should be at Kouzzinas !!!:worship: Stay tuned as I ask for much assistance in planning this !!!

Oy so I am starting my plans !!

Day 1 Thursday Feb 4th

Arrive at Pop by noon (hopefully)
Eat lunch there ... Prolly the chicken alfredo ( Christine I will think of you:hug:)
Hopefully I can get into the room but anyway I plan to spend a couple of hours at Epcot in Future World !! First will be SE then the Boat ride in the land and then I plan some time in Innoventions ,I have really wanted to spend more than a quick walk thru so wil check them out !!
Around 4pm I will head for DTD

Question 1 Can I get a bus from Epcot to DTD or what mode of travel do you guys suggest?????

Once in DTD I willlook around , browse the stores till it is time for my FIRST MEET with The Infamous WINKERS and her hubby DJ!!

Question 2 How should I greet this Famous Disser ????? ShouldI bow down before her , should I jump on her hugging her ,should I have a band ???:rotfl2::rotfl2:

I don't have the foggiest clue about how to get from Epcot to DTD but I definitely think you should greet Winkers with a band. :rotfl2:

Okay, no buses to DTD from any park so if you're at WS, easiest would be to walk over to the Beach Club and take the DTD bus from there. :) If in Future World, then a bus to any DTD resort and then the DTD bus from there. I'd just walk over to the BC though. :thumbsup2

Thanks Jordan !! Now however as plans have changed not sure if WE will do Epcot the first day!!

Now to continue with a little planning !!!!

First my flight is booked and I was able to use my SWA credits with the help of a wonderfull SWA lady as the web deals had to be done ONLINE:rotfl2:I paid NOTHING !!!!!!!:banana::banana:

I put a call into my TA to make the changes so hopefully I will hear today !!

Now the helpI need is How do I change the title of this !! Of course I'm sticking with the Hot Italian !!!:rotfl2:

After dinner we may head to MK again Christine help me out here !!:)

No, poor Rosie....I had to cancel our first plan for April due to a personal medical issue - then when Rosie changed her trip date to Feb it looked like a perfect time for me...so the planning began again. Then last night we had to take my 16 yr old little Maltese to the ER...$652 less in my bank account meant a Feb trip would not be possible. I feel terrible, but nothing I can do...our other Maltese had a bill of $438 just last week, so it's been a tough time with our little seniors.

We adopt senior Maltese who have been abused/abandoned or lived lives of horror in a puppy mill...they usually come to us around age 10 to 13 or so and we love them and care for them for as long they have a good life - last one lived to 19 yrs - our Vet said he lived on pure love after having never experienced any for his first 14 yrs.

I feel terrible having to cancel again, but guess it was not meant to be for me. I will be here cheering Rosie and looking forward to hearing her plans and all the antics of the trip.:thumbsup2

Awww, I'm sorry that we won't be able to meet and that you won't be able to go with Rosie. But, I think what you are doing is absolutely wonderful!! What an awesome way for these poor puppies to live the last part of their lives. At least they know love before they leave this place. :thumbsup2

Christine shared with me the horrible lives her "pups"had led until they were recued !!! She is a wonderful person to take them in an let their lives end in comfort and love !!

No, poor Rosie....I had to cancel our first plan for April due to a personal medical issue - then when Rosie changed her trip date to Feb it looked like a perfect time for me...so the planning began again. Then last night we had to take my 16 yr old little Maltese to the ER...$652 less in my bank account meant a Feb trip would not be possible. I feel terrible, but nothing I can do...our other Maltese had a bill of $438 just last week, so it's been a tough time with our little seniors.

We adopt senior Maltese who have been abused/abandoned or lived lives of horror in a puppy mill...they usually come to us around age 10 to 13 or so and we love them and care for them for as long they have a good life - last one lived to 19 yrs - our Vet said he lived on pure love after having never experienced any for his first 14 yrs.

I feel terrible having to cancel again, but guess it was not meant to be for me. I will be here cheering Rosie and looking forward to hearing her plans and all the antics of the trip.:thumbsup2

I used to LOVE Capt Jacks in DTD - but the menu changed and have not been back, so cannot help with the new menu.

Kona has not been getting great reviews lately - not a fan of it myself, but went a few times with friends.

Are you thinking of the Captain's Grille (1 cr) or Yachtsman Steakhouse (2 cr)? We've had great meals at both and they tend to get very good reviews.

Cape May is a buffet, so if you like buffets that could be the tkt!! We've not been there for the dinner buffet, but it is very popular.

Don't have any suggustions for Rose and Crown, but I have heard good things, Are you going to try LeCellier ?? We had a aewsome meal here in Sept, and everyone want to do this one again.

I rode Doinosaur for 1st trip in Sept it was great, wish I would have rode it twice.

Innoventions has so many computer things to do. There is the fire safety area, an area that is a game about saving money, a kiosk where you can become the character in a video game. Sum of all things is a new roller coaster design simulator type where you can ride it afterward if you are game.

I need to explore it more myself. I keep saying I can come back and then I run our of time. :laughing:

When at Innoventions, try the Segway.

I did it for the first time during the MMM trip and it was quite interesting. The CM's stay with you the whole time and they slow the Segway's down I'm told. We went in there to get our free Disney Visa picture with the characters and I'm glad we tried it. I'd like to try the Segway around the World tour sometime.

When at Innoventions, try the Segway.

I did it for the first time during the MMM trip and it was quite interesting. The CM's stay with you the whole time and they slow the Segway's down I'm told. We went in there to get our free Disney Visa picture with the characters and I'm glad we tried it. I'd like to try the Segway around the World tour sometime.

Believe it or not, I actually DO wear a suit that has "pants" that go to just above my knees, with a top that has over the shoulder sleeves and a skirt that covers my rear end. It's true!! It's a lot like my daughter's but the pants are a little longer- for extra insurance-, and it's green.

Mebbe I should have put that in my confessions on my PTR. I hope maroo doesn't think I'm too weird, but I want to be duly covered, and I'm pretty sure the pool peeps will thank me!:laughing: Misapproprated dimples just have no place in vacay pix....

Ok, your picture wasn't showing...is there really a pic of a Victorian swimming costume and if so...are you holding a parasol? Ruffles on the bottom of the kickers? A lovely ruffled cap?

They always look so cute in the pics and then I think about how awful all that wet fabric would feel.....

Believe it or not, I actually DO wear a suit that has "pants" that go to just above my knees, with a top that has over the shoulder sleeves and a skirt that covers my rear end. It's true!! It's a lot like my daughter's but the pants are a little longer- for extra insurance-, and it's green.

Mebbe I should have put that in my confessions on my PTR. I hope maroo doesn't think I'm too weird, but I want to be duly covered, and I'm pretty sure the pool peeps will thank me!:laughing: Misapproprated dimples just have no place in vacay pix....

That is really cute! I have seen similar ones before. I have a hard time finding Bailie suits that cover more than her underwear does.:rolleyes:

What I really don't get, is they sell bikinis in my size!:scared1: And I've seen 1 too many lady wearing one.

Last summer while we were at a water park we saw alot of people who really should think twice before trying to rock the bikini........Evan looked at me and said " Thank You Mom!!"
I asked what I was being thanked for...

LOL Evan!!!!! My Evan got weird about something I wore to workout in once. I've been paranoid ever since. So as much as Jeff might like me to wear a bikini... I've decided that even though I might be able to pull it off, it's much better if I swap out the bottoms for board short type things that provide just a little more coverage for the tummy and the rear. Way more comfy than the skirt type things, though I have one of those as well. They get weird when wet.

My version of a compromise.

I hear you on the girls suits, I splurged on a nice suit for K last summer figuring it should last now that she's slowed down on the growing but I made her get a large for the bottoms so that she was fully covered!
I'll make sure it isn't a thong.........then it would be more of a "hide and seek" contest.

At DHS I plan to do Backlot before my 4:10p ressie at H&V Fantasmic Package !!
After supper I thinkIwillhave a little time to browse the shops !!

Then it will be time for Fantasmic !!:banana::banana:
This willonly be my 2nd time of seeing it and the last time was in Feb too!!:cool1:
Then back to Pop!!!

Glad you liked the BL shots ,that's my Judy ,she snaps so many dng pixon BL it would take 10 pages topost them all!!:rotfl2: Yes they realy needto look at more fantasmic shows or come up with a better way to get in , maybe even a version of FP but with times to go in !! You could get a fp during the day anytime and have a time to enter and stop the FP at the # the place seats this way no one would be waiting in line for hours etc !!:confused3

The suit is made of a synth/ spandexy stuff like any other suit out there.

They are super cute- and my girls love them; they are way more comfortable knowing they are really covered up.

Did you make them? I couldn't get K to wear one, she'd be uncomfortable with how covered up she was (sigh) but I guess I can't really argue with her as I sure was wearing bikini's at that age too and happy about it. As long as they are covering her ok, and she has cover ups and such, I'm good with it.

My cousin's wife would love those for her daughters!
