My mother and I are going to Disney for the first time since 1998; we'll be going with our extended family in March 2010. So much has changed since we last went! This will be our second trip, but since it's been so long, it'll feel like the first *L*

Actually, I believe I was a member of these boards many years ago - my father Marshall used to post here quite often, as did my mother (Leema). Unfortunately, Dad passed away a few years back. He loved the fellowship of these boards. Not sure if anyone remembers him, but he would want everyone to know how grateful he was for the advice and friendship he received here!

Anyway, I'm looking forward to talking Disney :D

Welcome! My family used to go to WDW a lot when I was growing up but then due to life getting in the way, we took a break from 2000-2008. I was a little nervous if it would be as much fun as I remembered, but our trip in 2008 was just as magical and fun as our previous trips. I know you will have a great time on your upcoming trip!

Nebula, Hi from Franklin county. My next trip, Lord willing, will be in April 2012, but I still pop in here once in a while. I learned a lot from these nice folks that made our first trip (2007) a wonderful experience and our second (2009) another good trip. Just as your dad enjoyed the "fellowship" here, I'm sure you will too.

We're staying at the Wilderness Lodge, woods view. Taking advantage of the promo going on. I'm so excited, WL looks beautiful! Although I'm a little worried that it won't hold a candle to the Poly, where we stayed last time. The Poly was amazing!

And wow, lots of fellow Pennsylvanians here! I'm in Schuylkill County, the Coal Region :)

Welcome! DH and I grew up in Carbon County....now living in Northern VA.
It's a small world...... lol.
