My goal is 1500 minutes, and (due to a long run on Sunday) I've got 125 minutes done. I hope I can keep up with all of you!

I did 40 this morning. That brings me to 222/1350. I didn't get in any really big workouts this week, as I am fighting a cold and both kids have been sick, so we haven't been to the Y since Monday. Hopefully I can get in about two hours or so over the weekend.......P

It's GREAT to see everyone here & moving!!
I will be leaving NM for sunny FL on Thanksgiving day....going to do Black Friday with my DSis in Orlando at the outlets!!! I had SW ticket credit that needed used by Feb, so it was a great excuse! DSis will meet us in Tampa at 8p.m. & we will head right to the outlets. (DSis lives between TPA & MCO) I am EXCITED!!!!!!!!
And, weather, money,sickness permitting, DSis & I are taking DD to MK on Sunday as a surprise early 18th birthday present. She has only been once when she was 5 & remembers NOTHING! When we camped at FTW for 1 night with the DNieces families(their kids are SO lucky - they camp there 1x/month!!) DD & I rode the monorail and she CRIED when she saw the castle because she couldn't remember it AT ALL. Poor Baby!!
So, I'll post December before I leave as we won't be back until 12/1 LATE...no flights available.

Finally updating.....it has been a CRAZY week here. Food has, as usual, been HORRID, but I'm still plugging away. Activity has been just ok.
I am leaving on Thanksgiving for Florida, so this is likely my last update until December. I'll post December before I leave, or possibly from my DSis computer.

I'm changing my goal to 1500.
But, I broke my treadmill today. I've run on it at least 5 days a week for 8 years. Go figure. The belt/tread actually folded in the middle after 6 miles of running. It's going to be a week before I get the part, so it looks like I'll be running on the road. I don't like it, but I'll live.

I finally got in some exercise today. 30 minutes of walking plus 10 minute high-intensity brings me to 405/900. Don't think I'll make my goal, but I do have big plans to exercise in the next few days, so I'll get closer to it. Thanks again, Julie!

1035/1800. Getting sick for a week really knocked me out. I'd have to exercise for 200 minutes in the next four days to reach my goal and I know that's not happening. I'm just glad I would've reached it if it wasn't for being sick. Looking forward to the end of the month and starting again next month!

I'm planning on taking my first class tomorrow - Body Sculpt. So far I have only been doing the elliptical, treadmill and weights. I think being forced to try to keep up with the class will be good for me. Plus it's longer than I usually work out for on my own.

1250/1200.
I'm changing my goal to 1500.
But, I broke my treadmill today. I've run on it at least 5 days a week for 8 years. Go figure. The belt/tread actually folded in the middle after 6 miles of running. It's going to be a week before I get the part, so it looks like I'll be running on the road. I don't like it, but I'll live.

Ok, didn't reach goal, but got close enough not to complain- I got 55 in today bringing me to 676/900. I'm thinking about setting next month's goal even higher as I'm really getting in to exercising. Thanks again Julie!

Took a 60 minute cardiosculpt class today which brings me to
720/720!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Next month I am aiming higher. :cheer2:

I did nothing today, so I didn't reach my goal. :sad1:
But, I'm happy with my 1370!
I'll go for 1400 next month, I guess.
