I just checked the brochure to be sure and it is aTS.

If you are asking what menu's they have - it's both. It's 1 TSC if you eat inside but they also have counter service as well. However, the menus for each are different.

Are you certain that Beaches 'n Cream is on the Dining Plan?

Beaches and Cream does not accept counter service credits. They have some counter seating but are considered a table service restaurant (meaning you have a server who takes your order and brings your food.) They have a takeaway window, but no food is sold there - just drinks and ice cream, some of which you can buy with snack credits.
