What kind of weather in April?

We are going on an Eastern Cruise the first week of April, 5-12, What kind of weather can we expect? Will shorts be ok? How abou the water? Will swimming be ok on the ship and in the ocean?

We had beautiful weather in April of this year! You will want to bring a variety of clothing though. Swimwear, short outfits, and jackets in addition to your dinner clothing.
