Beach Clubbers, whats the best rate you've gotten?

We are dying to book the Beach Club for our vacation next May. The rack rates are a little high for us. We are hoping for some codes to come out and are wondering what some of the discounts have been in the past.

Last August I got BC waterview for $209(that included tax.)

We got $179 a night - standard view with a code last year.

Last Thanksgiving (during Value season), we got $189/night for a water view room at BC. I think the standard rooms were $169/night. These rates were before tax.
