I just called and found this out

Hello fellow Dis'ers. I just called CRO and found out that the AAA rates won't be out 'til July 29th. I would assume that the discount codes will be out about that same time frame, maybe a day or two later. I just thought I'd pass this along. Happy hunting(for codes that is)

Codes for when?I was already given a AAA rate for preferred rooms at ASMo in December.Not sure if this helps.

I'm sorry, I just realized that I left out the time frame for the AAA rates....I called and asked for AAA rates for January. The rates will be out on the 29th of this month.

Thanks for the info! I much rather book early reservations using the AAA rate than the DC rate even though they are for the same discount. With the DC you must book with WDTC and their cancellation and payment policies are more restrictive than when you book through CRO.:):D:)

I booked my reservations through DC and do not have the restrictions that some people talk about. My cancellation policy is 5 days prior to arrival. We do not have to prepay the balance either (we have room only reservations).

Did you pay $100 deposit, or one nights deposit? DC also requires you to pay for your full balance about 21 days in advance. Check your reservation confirmation form in the small print to be sure. :):D:)

Please forgive if this question is silly but I'm rather new at this discount stuff. The AAA discounts coming out on July 29th are for all of 2003 or just January? Our reservations are in early May. I'm just wondering if this will include us or if we still have to wait. Thanks

The AAA discounts should be for the entire year (Jan thru Dec 2003)
