My son is wearing a boston brace (covers most of his torso) 18 hrs a day---- this is a new diagnosis and our live for the next 4 yrs according to his doctor. We usually go to Disney in the summer because it is when I am off work but it would be way too hot for him then. But if we went in April or Feb... that might work.....is there are safe place to leave it? guest services or??? it wouldn't fit into a locker... He can't go more than 6hr a day without it on; he sleeps in it. Any suggestions?

I am thinking we start the day off with it on- and take it off during the warmer parts of the day... then back on later afternoon...

But where do I put in when it is off?

My son is heat intolerant and we go in April and it is very nice. I would sugest going to the guest relations office at the first park that you go to and ask to see the nurse. Most of the time you can leave a medical device with them and they will keep it in a safe location untill you need it. We do this with medicine and a nebulizer. I hope that this helps.

As it is medical equipment more than likely it can be stored at a Park First Aid station. It would be secure and safe.
