Does anyone have a home studio set up that they'd be willing to post photos of?
Thanks:)

I am not there but working on it. Instead of strobes I am starting with speedlights with Westcott umbrellas (reflect and shoot through) and Impact shoe mount umbrella brackets with Bogen light stands. I will add some Cybersynchs and a softbox soon. Very small, portable kit. Heck, it is light enough to travel to Disney.

I will add some Bees at some point for indoor shoots but not yet. My focus is on location outside sessions. Much to learn first.

I was going to photograph my set-up this morning...and I then I had a flash issue. Fortunately, my new wireless trigger & receiver is arriving in the next day or 2 and I can get it working again. I have one Alien Bee, a reflector and a large window. :) Soon I'll be using my Nikon SB-800 with an umbrella too.

I just took delivery last night of a pair of Elinchrom monolights and softboxes. I've only got a temporary setup in our garage but will soon be moving to a different room inside. I'll try to get some pictures posted soon.

Ill show mine. I got a novatron strobe and power pack from my boss, and I added a few more novatron strobes and a impact (B+H brand) soft box / mono light. I got the multiple backdrop stand from B+H. Total watts for the strobes is 460 w/s, 100 w/s for the soft box. I also have a homemade hair light with a small 70 w/s slave strobe and small umbrella attached to the light fixture. I have two seamless paper backdrops, and a few muslins. I'm still figuring it out, but I've had some good results..

I don't have a studio at home, but I love carport and garage light! :)

I wouldn't bring a client to my garage, though. I will use theirs if it works out, though.

I just set up my backdrop. I took this shot of my DD for my MIL. Not typically my style, but she wanted a portrait in the same portrait dress my niece wore 6 years ago for her 6 year old portrait. She wants to hang them side by side, so I imitated the shot. I did this in my mom's carport one afternoon when I was visiting her in SC.

Great, natural catchlights.. nice soft light. :)
