Best scrapbooking prices?

Where would you say has the best prices? Coming over to the states to christmas shop and of course to get some scrapbooking deals.Here in Ontario-Michaels always has a very good selections but I make sure I must have a coupon because I find it pricy.Walmart is the best price but not much to choose and nothing ever new.

I ususally hit Ms or Joann's with a coupon. That is where I get the best prices. My Walmart has a limited selection, but I sometimes get stickers there because their basic designs are only $1. If you are looking for some really beautiful supplies find an Archivers. Also, sign up on their website and they will send you coupons. (Their typical coupons are #0% off one item and either buy 3 sheets of solid paper get 3 free or sometimes 3 free without a purchase.) Their regular prices are similar to M's, but they have a Hot Spot where things are $1.99. I get great deals on my paper there.

If you take the sales ads to Walmart, they will price match. So, if carts are on sale when you go (at ACM or Mike's or Jo's), you can get the price matched at WM!
