Online Credit Card Snafu

We did the online registration Friday for our trip in four days.

After finishing the different screen pages, a page came up on the screen saying they could not recognize the credit card (it was a Disney credit card in good standing)and we would have to resubmit when we arrived at the hotel. MS said it was probably a computer glitch.

We are staying at two resorts and it happened with both registrations and I confirmed the CC number entered.

Anyone else have this problem?:confused3

i confirmed at about 12:30 today for a bwv for nov. 5th, and it said the same thing!!! system must be down, i figured i would just add it when i get there. thanks for letting me know that i'm not crazy though!

Same thing here...I thought it might have been because of the Dining Plan...like since there was already a bill to be paid that they wouldn't take the card without me being there. Oh well, no worries.

I did online check-in over the weekend and got the same error message. There was a post on the resorts board that also mentioned it. Doesn't sound like it's unique to DVC.
