I really enjoyed this segment and would be curious if she will continue this onto Universal as well. Two years ago I was at IOA and was in line at the CS in the Jurassic Park section. The family ahead of us had a member who had to eat gluten free and the woman behind the counter had said she had never heard of this before, and said it quite loudly as if this family was making this up. She was rude and making this family feel very uncomfortable. I also had a problem with her when I ordered my food and went to guest services to report the issue (I never was contacted by anybody in management at Universal though..). While I can eat foods with gluten I do have special dietary needs of my own and would love to hear more!
