Anyone have any shopping recommendations for Rum//liqour on the Western. How many bottles are we limited to?

it has been a while since I have done a western itinerary cruise, but if I remember correctly, you can bring back five bottles, and I thought Cozumel had the best prices for liquor. Hope this helps.

There is no limit to the amount of rum you can bring back when you purchase it in Key West!!! As for Grand Cayman and Cozumel, only one liter can be brought back duty-free.

Dave, do you have a website link that lists this stuff? I guess I brought back too much when I went to Cayman and Cozumel, and I didn't pay duty on it either!!! I would like to review that info if you can direct me in the right direction.

Thanx!

We just got back from the July 6-13 cruise and Dave's info is correct. Only one liter per adult can be brought back duty free per the Disney information sheets and talks.

uh oh, I owe some past duty... This is very good to know so that I do not make the same mistake next year...

When I travel my brother always sends me searching for Cockspur Gold (made in Barbados) it's only sent to the other island in small quantities. It is fantastic. I have found it in Nassau and St. Thomas. Happy cruising.....
