Mother of the Groom dress for fall where to buy

Hi All:

My son is getting married and I am a jeans type of person. Does anyone in the Hamilton/Burlington Toronto area know of good stores to get a dress for mother of the groom/ bride to wear.

It can be in the buffalo area as well as we frequent that area. Its not until 2010 fall but I wan't to get an idea of where to go when I need this and have a look ahead.

My son was married on October 10 and I found a very pretty dress at an amazing price at Sears of all places. It was a one day sale at 35% off. My Mom got her dress at Sears as well.
