5 Night Stay, How Many Days of Dining Plan?

I've never done the DDP before, but am planning a trip with my sister who loves to eat at nice restaurants, so I'm thinking it might be useful this trip.
The thing I need to know is, if you are staying 5 nights, do you have to get the DDP for the 6 days of your stay? Our flight leaves at 11am our last day, so I know we won't be eating much that day. So can I get the DDP for just 5 days on a 5 night stay?

You get the dining plan based on nights booked, not days, so you will get 5 table service, 5 counter service and 5 snack credits per person...on the regular dining plan.

Dining plan credits are based on the number of nights that you stay. The credits may be used on the days on either side of those nights.

We usually do QS that first night then do four great dinners then a TS breakfast the day we leave. Just a thought

Some TS locations also take 2 credits for one meal. Those locations would include the dinner shows, CRT and the Signature Restaurants. If your DSis likes fine dining, she may want to include one dinner at a Signature Restaurant.
