I described to him the dreaded add-on-itus virus. HE's been pushing ME to do all the research because he said "You enjoy it". Which I do, but I wish he would voice his preferences other than "Whatever YOU like honey." :lovestruc

PS. Our contract is up to 15 parts! We are finishing up our latest resale buy now (sent in final payment today) and we will have 6 home resorts. Each one is a favorite for a different reason.

If you can make sure to break the points up into smaller contracts as this will give you more flexibility down the road in case you ever want to sell a few.

We've kept all of our contract down to 100 points or less.
