So Im booking a vacation for 4 nights in January. 1/21 thru 1/25 (4 nights) I have currently booked the stay 4 pay for 3 deal for the HRH limited view queen beds.
The total cost (which includes unlimited park passes is $1000.
I just checked for room only and it came to $789. So adding the $99 unlimited ticket to this (2 tickets) the total would be $987.
So Im confused. Where are my big savings?
Any ideas? Could it be cheaper to book separately?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Its always better to book seperate. Also your room rate might go down before you leave.

i always tell newbies to UO to price everything out separately.
you will see that buying separate will increase your savings.
when you see a package for tickets with the room, or the promo of breakfast free with the room, it isn't necessarily a bonus for you.
if you have the AAA or APH or use the general public code of super saver, you will pay less on the room.
the tickets of the 7 day promo are the same no matter what.
buy separate or a throw in on a package.
you can always call reservation and modify your rate to what is cheapest.
book the room.
buy the tickets on line.
when you call, ask the TM what is the best room rate deal for your dates.
they will honestly tell you what is out there for your time period.

When you book your hotel by itself you only have to put one night deposit and don't have to pay rest till you check out. When you get a package you are charged for everything right then.

Thanks for all the replies. I am going to rebook the room separately, and but the $99 tickets.
I called last night and got the same package rate I booked online. The TM I spoke to was not very helpful at all.

then call back and talk to another TM.
you can always ask to speak to a supervisor if you feel you did not get the best information.
i have done that.
