Ok... I have been a lurker lately. BUT I want to say Thank you to Pete, John, Kevin, Julie, CorEy, Walther, Kathy, Teresa and Leah (Ferris too) for all you do!

It seems like a lot of people have been complaining and if everyone was complaining at me I would not like my job.

TOTALLY agree.... except, I don't think alot of people are complaining, I think a very few are, but are doing it alot. :mad:

Just wanted to put in perspective for The Team...the complainers are very small minority, as opposed to the very large majority who appreciate you more than you know. :grouphug:

The podcasts crack me up. :lmao: I feel as if I am right at the table with the gang. It is funny to watch people see me crack up out loud at work when I am listening. I live for Pete's rants and the others all know how to instigate a good rant. :rotfl2:

I was on the fence for a while about an iPhone, already have a data package and AT& T and I saw the Project X announcement as a sign to go for it. Getting it tomorrow and couldn't be happier. So excited to try aps and play around with it.

I am glad the OP started an appreciation thread because it is well deserved and I for one really appreciate all you do.

The money I have saved on these boards (lots) is nothing compared to the joy the Podcast Crew and all have brought me. THANKS TO ALL OF YOU! :banana::banana:

Wednesday is my favorite day of the week!! It's podcast day!! You know you've got something good going on when people are here bright and early on a Wednesday morning, milling around, tapping their toes waiting for the show. This podcast team has single-handedly nearly filled a cruise ship just so we can sail with them and be a part of this phenomenon. I think they are definitely doing something right!

I want to thank you guys! You always make me laugh, and I love the boards, WDW info and Dis radio. Thanks for all the hard work you do (pstttt project x sound amazing:love: ). All the events you plan... from the cruises to the Toy Story events :) , even if I couldn't participate at any of these events (I'm too far away from WDW:( ) I'm not complaining about it just because I can't go I still think you give your fans great opportunities to gave a great time! Thanks again ( I can't immagine all the money these things can be worth!)


P.s. WHAT'S GOING ON? Is it me or this is complaining week??... people are complaining about every little tiny thing (not only project x)... I really don't get it...:confused3 C'mon guys give the podcast team a break!

Paul -- I don't think the OP meant to shine a light on the negativity. She was merely pointing out that it is nice to know you are appreciated for a job well done. Several posters lately have been very quick to nit-pick and point out problems which is bringing this board down. I know the podcasters have broad shoulders and can take the heat, but sometimes it just feels good to know when you are providing a service that you are appreciated. I know I appreciate 'em.

I don't post all that often on the Unplugged side of the boards (although I do quite a bit on the Trip Reports). I have met some incredibly kind and nice people here, and consider many of them friends, even though we have never met in person.

I will ad my two cents also and thank the podcast team. They do a lot of work and it is greatly appreciated. Through them I have tried new restaurants, books, and more because of reviews. Because of these boards and the podcast I have also made new friends. And also thanks for stuff such as cruises and parties and more things that they do that they don't have to. You guys really go above and beyond and you will never know how much all of us really do appreciate what you do for us.:thumbsup2

I think what they do is a labor of love. But it's always nice to hear that people appreciate what they do even when they don't often vocalize it.

So I hope when they are feeling like crap and perhaps have days when they think, "Why do I even BOTHER??", they see these comments and then think, "Yeah, THAT is why I do it."

I think I count as a lurker, I've only ever made 19 posts (I lurked without an account even before that <--- :scared1:). Hey this is my 20th post!!! :rotfl:

I never know what to say. But. I do now. I've been listening to the Podcast from the beginning, I am very grateful for what the team does and I just can't wait until next week just to hear it all again.

The Podcast perks me up if I'm feeling down, I always put on "The best of Bawb show" "ERRR.... Sha-heeni" - "What's the place called?" "Err Rick's" "Rick's what?" "Err Rick's, Rick's Lounge" "So they weren't hiding this fact" that brings me round from anything :goodvibes. I've listened to that so many times I know it off the top of my head :laughing: Miss ya Bawb!
