View Full Version : Can't confirm my registration for the 1/2

This year has been hectic. We've moved back to Ohio, and shortly after the move, my PC died, and with it, all of my old e-mails (I know I should have backed up, etc.)

Anyway, shortly after moving, I went onto the Disneysports.com website and e-mailed them to change the address for the three of us registered for the 1/2 in January. I never received a response. Then, earlier this week, I went onto the website to confirm our registration, and it says that they cannot find a registration with my e-mail address. I went back and checked my credit card statement, and saw that I had three charges for the three registrations. I e-mailed Disney Sports again this past Sunday, and still no response.

Does anyone have a phone number that they can PM to me? I'm concerned that we have a problem with our three registrations, meanwhile I have vacation and travel plans all finalized.

The number I called in 2008 when I was having trouble with my race registration was 1-407-896-1160. I posted it here instead of PM just in case anyone else needs it. It might have changed but hopefully if it did the number will get you to someone that can direct you to the new one.

Welcome back to Ohio by the way. I lived for two years in FL with my last job and made the move back myself. I never realized how much I missed the midwest until I left it.

Thanks for the phone number. I called it this AM, and when I selected the Disney sports option, it referred me to send any inquires to disneysports@trackshack.com.

I just sent another e-mail. I hope it's not going into the same pile as my previous 2 e-mails sent through the Disney Sports website.

UPDATE:

I just called back, to that same number, but this time when I went to the Disney sports extension, I got a real person.:cool1: I learned that if you mail in the registration for the DVC discount, you can't confirm your registration on the web site. (didn't know that!)

Also they found my registration, and Steve's, but couldn't find M'Lisse's. After a thorough search, they found it. Her last name was mis-spelled. We got addresses updated, e-mails updated, etc.
