I do have a 1:00 food presentation in Epcot but other than that I am not sure.

I'm working today. PrincessM had pajama day today. I really don't think she'd lie to me, but I wish the teacher had sent home a note. So, she's off in her SpongeBob PJ's and sock monkey slippers. She's going to some art class offered by the National Honor Society tonight, so I think DH and I are going to rent a movie and eat pizza. Pickup is 8:00 pm, I get to go out and get her.
It's supposed to be stupid rainy here this weekend too. I have tickets for the Harry Potter Exhibit at the Museum of Science on Sunday, hopefully, it will somewhat clear up before we head to Boston.
Hope everyone has a great day!

I saw Neville quickly on the Channel 5 news yesterday morning. They were making fun of JC for being a fan ;) It was funny. I'm excited about it, but peeved that we can't take any pictures. :sad1: It'll be fun regardless, but I'm going to really have issues with not taking pictures! I'll get some outside shots and some of PrincessM near any signs. My nephew was supposed to come with us, but his friends have planned a last minute trip to NYC, so he's doing that instead. DH has decided to grace us with his presence.

LOL, you don't know PrincessM, she wouldn't mind being the center of attention at ALL! It's just their class, so she'll be in the minority anyway.
We  sock monkeys! I have a couple pairs of PJs and we both have the slippers.

So yesterday's kitchen cleaning was as expected, grease everywhere high. So it took longer than I had hoped. Got the stuff done in the house that I wanted, but didn't get the errands done, so those are for today.
House - Day 7 One Week!
Post Office
Target
Load to House
Prime Bathroom
Get shelf liners
Get trim paint
First coat in Bathroom
Go get Ford Expedition - Our realtor is also a friend, and she texted DH yesterday and said they would be out of town this weekend and so the car would just be sitting in the driveway all weekend, so if we wanted to borrow it for moving, come and get it.

HOPE is moving!! HOPE is moving!!! Are you excited?????
Honestly, I think I am too tired to be excited. :rotfl2: I'm used to sleeping in until 10 and having a lazy day. I've been getting up when DH goes to work, and coming home at the same time as him, and then crashing.
The good news is once I finish painting the bathroom upstairs, all the "must do's" before we can move things in will be done...upstairs. After we are all settled, I have to go back and clean the blinds, but that can wait. Of course, we still have the basement, which needs to be wiped down, primed and painted. But with the upstairs ready we can start moving in furniture and it can look like our home, instead of an empty shell.

Hope you're doing fantastic. 1 week and you've got that all done, I'd never manage that, cripes I'm lucky to get the first layer of grease off twice a year. Give yourself some pats on the back. and yeah for a big vehicle for moving!! I couldn't live without my sequoia mine will be loaded to the gills with scrap stuff for the weekend.
Buffy that's a TON of Chilli (which we're having at the scrap so I'll be thinking of you). and YEAH for DH keeping fingers and toes crossed for him. What is xmas barn?

Smart lady painting before you move!! Here I am 7 years later painting and the house is wall to wall furniture. I'm doing the furniture shuffle to do each wall.
The first day you can sit and just enjoy it is the best day ever. Enjoy!

Bet you my chili is better! LOL Seriously, people won't come if it's not there. It's funny as all get out. 30 gallons lasts about 45 minutes.
Xmas Barn is a store that sells elves, Vera Bradley, and shabby chic type doodads. We have a PTO fundraiser there every year but I need to get Nan her elves. I've been neglecting my BFF duties.
BAMB - good to see you - hope this means you have kicked the ickies!!
I'm doing better, still get tired really easily and have been in bed by 10 most nights (which is soooo not me). But now DS13 and DH have it. Tired, dizzy and headache. Went to the DR again Wed with the boys for their annual check up and said everyone was fine and we talked about getting the H1N1 vaccine and DR recommended to not get it.
We have 1 confirmed case in Pre-K but none since then. Hopefully that's all we get. 25% of the 4th grade in our old school has it, so knock on wood it stays up that way. I was a crazed woman at the Dr though. I was yelling at the kids (well not yelling but stressing) don't touch the doors, doorknobs, toilet, etc. And I hate hate hate hand sanitizer but I made them use it on the way out and opened to door with my elbows. LOL

OK, now it's not wings for dinner http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e147/ddavis860/smiley/thsmile71.gif Seems DS17's friend isn't coming over till Sunday now...so it's wings on Sunday...steak sammies tonight...
My DH very quietly went to the Dr today and didn't tell me...what's up with that? I've been after him, but I guess he was afraid to tell me he was going... Anyway, he had an episode over the summer that scared the poo out of me. I thought we were going to the hospital...he literally couldn't swallow for like 2 hrs. So, he has been referred to a gastric guy for further testing. Ya know, ignoring the problem, and me, doesn't make either of us go away!! So, while I would have liked to have a heads up about the appt, I'm glad he went...now I have to bug him to make the appt with the gastric doc...

Thanks Holly. I know it's happened more than that one time I saw, so he needs to be seen. The Doc today told him that even though it seems minor to him, it's really not, and could mean something. I know he has heard that before...by someone...hmmmm...who was that....oh yeah...it was ME!!!
And I know how much he hates to admit when I'm right too. So, I'm not going to gloat :lmao: I'm sooooo glad he went!

Deb, you stay on him!!! Why won't men listen to their wives? I mean come on! We know what we are talking about!!! Smacking head to forehead... Men they never listen!!!
Glad he went to the doctor..but please make sure he schedules that gast. doc appointment... we need to get this things taken care of....
Tell him if not, you have more than enough extra girls that will send his cell phone spiraling out of control w/ phone calls and text messages..and we don't take NO for an answer.. .we'll call night and day! :flower3:

Thanks Nan! Ya know it's true right? We just might know something! Why are men so resistant! You can only hope that they don't wait too long, but you can't MAKE then go... I've been after this man since July to get an appt. So, I am so glad he finally went!
And my DIS friends are the best ever! I hope I don't have to call in y'all. DH wouldn't stand a chance...he thinks I'm bad :lmao:

We changed our menu at the last minute too, just didn't feel like getting up from my nap (!) this afternoon to begin making the bisque. So, we're having Uncle Frank's (Perdue) Bourbon Chicken and leftover rice with salad. Easy breezy...
Glad your DH went to the doc, PN96 - hope it turns out to be a very minor (for everyone!) thing.
