We will be getting in late on a Sat. night. Rather than use high points to just sleep...can someone give me their experiences with somewhere to stay outside or would we be better to book at one of the All-Stars. Thanks!

We just returned from a six night stay @ OKW. We stayed at the Hotel Royal Plaza using a Mousesavers rate. It was clean, comfortable and is in Downtwon Disney, so we were still in the World! The $75 rate also included a buffet breakfast for two, plus the kids were free!
Check it out, as it is a great value.

I have always stayed at All Stars with one of the discount codes off of mousavers.com. Use the AP discount, they never ask to see your id at check-in. If they do, say it's in one of your bags.

First I would check out Mousesavers site to see if you qualify for any state codes. When the Texas code of $49 came out for AS, I talked to my DH about driving all day Saturday to Orlando instead of stopping in Jacksonville or Gainesville for a night stopover then heading to BCV on Sunday morning. So we won't arrive at AS until around 10pm or so and I intend on asking them to transfer our bags over to BCV Sunday morning so we'll have more room for groceries. We'll just keep a backpack or two with our clothes, swimsuits for Sunday until we can check in. I understand the food court is reasonable and quick for breakfast.
This way, we're "there" one night sooner!

Thank you for this information....I will check it all out. It is so great to be able to come to this board and get our DIS friends input....it really helps when making decisions that we have not made before. Thanks to all!
