Party of 5, DDP for 4 [Archive] - The DIS Discussion Forums

We (family of 4) will be at WDW for 6 nights are are taking the DDP. We are having a guest meet us for a meal the first 2 nights, so they aren't staying with us and will not be part of the plan.

Please tell me the best way to handle 4 on, 1 off the plan.

When you order, make sure your server understands which members of your party will be paying with dining credits and which will not be paying with dining credits, so they can properly split the checks. Dining plan checks are different from off-plan checks.

Please note that you will not be able to use your dining credits to purchase a meal for your guest.

Like you have said has worked for us many times with our BIL and SIL that live in Daytona and meet us for many dinners. Never had a problem when they have paid OOP and we were on the DDP. :cool2::hippie:
