At restaurants that have an appetizer section, but also a "soups and salads" section - is it only the appetizers that count as appetizers?
Do the flat breads at Jiko count as appetizers? They have their own section, but they sound appetizer-y...or are those considered something else that you pay out of pocket for?

1) A soup or salad can be ordered as your appetizer.
2) The flatbreads at Jiko may be covered by DXDDP as appetizers.
