Dis event transportation

We will be staying at the Beach Club.

Will there be disney transportation running from the event on SATURDAY NIGHT at Disney Studios?

Or do we have to walk back?

They'll have transportation (at least they did last year & this year's sign up asks if you'll need it)

I would not worry about transportation after the event. For the Disunplugged podcast cruise we were well taken care of getting from wdw to the wonder:thumbsup2

I am sure details will be released as soon as they are available.

I did notice that they said transportation would run at the end of the event (midnight) and not during the event. Sounds like you'd be up a creek if you needed to leave before the event was over and you were depending on buses.

I was told their were taxis out front too last year. It would cost alot to just have busses sitting for 3 hours just in case someone wants to leave early.

Last year we were there til they kicked us out - but it emptied out a lot after a couple of hours :confused3 I know it was a free event and can understand if you have kids but - hello afterhours party :banana: :banana: :banana:

I guess the best thing to do is if someone thinks they are going to leave early is before you leave for the party get the name and number of a reliable cab service from the front desk of the hotel you are staying at. and then just call the car service if and when you want to leave early.

When you travel with someone that gets migraines - you have to plan for things like that! I sure wouldn't want to leave early - but sometimes it just happens

WE didn't sign up for transportation...it's not that long a walk to BW..BC is only 5 mins longer. Not sure if there would be a bus to those resorts. I would imagine that they would provide transport to the resorts that normally have transport..but since there are usually boats going to BC, who knows!!

Dreams Unlimited Travel will be providing complimentary bus transportation back to any Disney Hotel as well as the Swan/Dolphin for those that need it.
Buses will run after the event ends only. There will be no bus service during the party.

Will you need bus transporation back to your WDW hotel, or the Swan/Dolphin, after the event?
If yes, will you have a wheelchair or scooter that will require a handicap accessible bus?

I also get migraines. I bring Excedrin Migraine with me. I have learned the first signs of a migraine for myself and take the excedrin ASAP. If I wait to take something then I find it's too late. You also can get a pin shot from your doctor so you can inject yourself. Having a migraine on vacation is not alot of fun.

Yep, I've seen the registration sheet. I just didn't notice the transportation options since I routinely walk back to BW or S/D. I stand corrected.

When we were there in May it was midnight and we were leaving Epcot and he was complaining he didn't want to leave. I could barely walk, but he wanted to keep riding rides.
