View Full Version : Leaving for the airport in 6 hours.

So i am finally going back to Florida tomorrow to go back to Disney and i swear, I am wide awake (its 1am) and I feel like a little kid on Christmas Eve. I can not sleep, I feel like I'm forgetting something and I am just WIRED!!!! SHEESH!!!

It's great, isn't it?

I didn't sleep AT ALL the night before we flew out - and then flew for 24 hours (including connections) without sleep, and when we arrived I had been awake for a total of 50 hours!!! And WIRED and EXCITED!!

I'm in my 40's (so no kid at all) but felt like it was Christmas, and I was 8 again! :banana:

Oh, you are SO lucky! Have a safe trip---and a fantastic time!

Can totally relate to being wide awake and wired! I don't think I've EVER been able to sleep before a Disney vacation. Disney really nailed it when their marketing people brought us the commercial where no one (kids or adults) can sleep because they are 'too excited'.

I think it is a good thing. Enjoy it. We need more things in life that bring out the 'I'm just so happy I could bounce of the walls' in us!!!!

Have FUN!! And try to get some rest before you go. Oh and make sure you have chargers!! Phone, camera, laptop (if you are bringing any of those things!) I always seem to forget one of those things when traveling.

HAHA, i am just loving everything right now. i love this board. i seriously can not even lay down yet. just too hyped up. and i actually already have the chargers packed for everything. put them right on top so they were thelast thing in. haha. i should be in MK in about 12 or 13 hours from now. only a little over 2 hour flight. so i wont even be able to sleep there. gonna hit mk in the afternoon or evening and watch teh fireworks, then get to bed cuz i gotta start early on thursday too. haha. god i love disney!!!!!! best birthday gift to myself EVER!!!!
