This is my first time to book online.
How do I do it? I have book trip through WDW travel. Have confirmation number. Will be there Jan 20-27, Thanks.

Go to the disneyworld.com website and look under "BOOK". Then it will have a choice for dining. If you have your reservation you can put that number in and be sure and hit "RETRIEVE". That way you can book all of your meals beginning 90 days from your arrival date.

You should be able to book ADRs for your entire stay starting at approximately 3:00 a.m. EDT on October 22. Don't be surprised if the Web site doesn't work the way it should, however, and be prepared to go to the phones (407-WDW-DINE) at 7:00 a.m. EDT later that morning if you have problems making some or all of your ADRs online.

I liked booking online, because the system will give you suggestions if your time and place is not available. It will also allow you to adjust your time if needed - it will give you two additional other available times. I like it, because it would take a human longer to do so.
The important part is to do your most important ressie first and then in order of importance. Don't be locked into your choice of time or place; decide which is more imporatant, the time or the experience. I had to take one early dining time, but I didn't care because it was all about the experience for me.
In another case, they didn't have anything available at my first choice, but it gave me one I would have never even thought of doing - and I am really, really psyched about that!

Oops - almost forgot. You have two hours to fill your cart and check out - I did it all in about fifteen minutes. At the end, it will prompt you for an e-mail address(es) to send your dining confirmation. Do so.
Some people thought they could just go back into their reservation and retrieve their dining ressies. A bit of a glitch in the system. Hopefully they work it out next year......If you don't provide an e-mail address, you have to call and they have to retrieve them for you.

I had heard it was October 27th that it goes back to 180 days. I had also heard it was 120 days out that you could book from the 27th. Is it actually October 22?

The 22nd is 90 days from the OP's arrival date, and when she can make her ADR's.
he 27th is the date that it goes to 180 days out (or 120...i hadn't heard about the 120)

I believe the online system opens at 6am EST, not 3am anymore. i have done bookings the past two mornings (I am staying offsite) and was not able to get on until 6am on the dot.
Phones have remained the same and open at 7am EST

Interesting. There's a thread called "Who else is doing ADR's on the 27th?" on page 1. On page 5 of that thread, cheshirefan indicated that the system rolled over to the next day at 3 AM this morning. Maybe not being able to get on until 6 AM was just the system being wonky?

I couldn't get on at 3 am this morning, of course I still can't get on and it's 6:18...there seems to be some kind of a problem. Frustrating!!! I'm getting ready to call at 7.
