Can anyone answer this PIN code question, please?

I was lucky enough to receive a PIN code for the dates that we plan on visiting, but I was wondering....does the discount only apply to the room or does it apply to the park tickets and dining plan also?

That would depend on what your email says. Does it say that it is a percentage off of the total or rooms only?

It says 30% off Value Resorts, 35% off Moderate Resorts & 40% off Deluxe Resorts. I can't find anything that says if it applies to the whole package. I'm assuming it's just a discount on the room.

With the room only, do you have to buy park tickets if you want dining or it like the AP room only last year when you didn't have to buy a ticket?

If you do not have an AP, and want to buy the dining plan, you must buy at least a 1 day base ticket for everyone in the room in order to turn the room only into a package. That is true with or without a PIN, unless the PIN offer specifically says otherwise.
