sailboats at resorts

i know a lot of the resorts have marinas and boats to rent, but do any of them have something like a sailboat or sunfish (little sailboats)? if so, which resorts have them and how much are they? if not, what kinds of boats do they offer?

According to Birnbaums book, 2002 you can rent diff. types of sailboats at GF, Poly, Cont and WL. Models accommodate 2-6 people. They rent for 25-30 per hour.

The pricing on the sign stated 60 minutes was $18.86 (you probably have to add tax to that).

thank you so much! do you know if you need any sort of certification for the sailboats? i didn't think so, but we were somewhere this weekend that demanded to see certification for these little starfishes! thanks again! hubby will be so excited.

The birnbaum book only says experience required for the catamarans.

I hate to have to revive an oldie-

it's still not clear to me-I'm asuming they have sunfishes AND catamarans as was suggested by the mention in Birnbaum's of "diff. types" of sailboats being available.

It's a long shot- but does anyone know specifically where the cats can be rented and where they have sunfish rentals? Or are BOTH ubiquitously available at WL, Poly et al?

Has anyone been recently and have any recollection of the specifics? Thanks!
