When to do Palo?

Whats the best day to do Palo? We are going on the 7 day Eastern Cruise in April, I have looked at the menus and the Master Chef night is the only night that we may want to do Palo, but I'm not sure, Of course it depends on when I can make the ressies anyway, but anyone want to voice thier opinons?

We went on Friday night. Thought it would be a nice way to end our cruise. Have heard though that the 1st night you get even better service as not too many people make reservations for that night. Whenever you decide to go, don't miss it.

Also, we loved the brunch and did that Sunday morning, it was my sister's 50th birthday. We didn't get reservations for tea though, and hope to be able to get it on the next trip.

we did it the last night as well. was a great way to end. we just stopped in our scheduled restaraunt to drop our tips off.
