They have a use year and it usually is the same as your original contract but I do believe they make exceptions.

You would prefer it to be the same in most cases. I do know of a couple of resales that had a different use year than the original contract that DVC let go through, one reported on this board. I do not know of DVC selling a different use year THOUGH THERE IS AN ALLOWANCE IN THE POS for such when you're use year is not available.
