DVC and annual pass question

We're staying at the BWV in January. Is there a guest services at the back door of Epcot that we can buy our annual passes at with our DVC member cards ? Can we also get the Tables in Wonderland cards there ? If there is a guest services at the back entrance what are the hours ? Thanks

Yes, there is a Guest Services at the International Gateway entrance and you can purchase APs and TIW cards there. I actually have no idea what the hours are - I assume the same as the park hours. Maybe they open a little bit before park opening?

As the other person said, yes you can... we did in June (Annual pass and TIW card). They are open the same hours that the park is open! I also found they are A LOT less crowded!

The guest services at that entrance to Epcot is usually open about 45 minutes before Future World opens. The nations are not open at that time but you get ticket, enter and walk to cross-over to future world and wait for rope drop if early for Future World. It closes about the time Epcot closes at night.
