Doing my online check in

and I'm not sure if there's a problem. I'm trying to give my room preferences and it won't let me. Is it because we're DVC or is it just messed because it's me

No it's not you, it's the software that DVC is using. Call MS to add your requests.

Geeze, I thought this would be fixed by now...when I did our online check-in a month ago I didn't have the option to add my room preferences. :sad2:

The DVC is actually accessing the software that was designed and used for CRO cash Guests. That's why it doesn't support the DVC very well.

Disney has some of the worst websites out there. For a company that could make millions attracting users they continue to fall flat. Just give me a site that loads fast and builds correctly. Forget the fancy graphics until they get the basic right. Ugh.

I have been trying to do an online check-in for three days now. I tried mozilla, IE, chrome and safari and every browser failed to load the site properly. I can't wait until we have online booking. :sad2:

Thanks for the info, I was wondering why it would not accept my room request. I just submitted anyway and figured I would ask at check-in

If you call MS they will put in your preferences. They were happy to help me.
