Carriage rides and hay rides at FW?

I have always heard about the hay rides at FW, but now I am hearing something about carriage rides as well? Does anyone know what this is and how you book one? We are seeing the 7:15 Hoop-De-Doo show and would like to do either one of these rides after. Anyone know how to book, times & prices?
