Callie is going to the Brewer game too. I think she has "Spring Break Fever" and is having a hard time getting back into the swing of school. My older 2 kids told me, both thier bosses said, "no one can call in sick on Monday", hmmm, must be some kind of trend for opening day. Did you see the predictions for the Brewers, only a 20% of winning the penant? Maybe if they would stop trading all their players.

Ugh, that stinks about your older two not being able to go. Are both their bosses going and that is why no one can call in sick? haha I think they are probably going to be having one of their specials soon, like the spring madness or whatever where you can get discounted tickets. They always have something shortly after the season starts. I am so mad, they already traded my favorite player at the end of last season. :sad2::mad: They always seem to get rid of my favorites. :rolleyes:

OMG, only 2 days and I have yet to get my suitcase out of the attic. :rolleyes1 I am such a procrastinator when it comes to that. I have to admit I kind of hate packing even if it is for Disney World. :laughing:

Even though we've been to WDW so many times I can't help myself when it comes to buying souvenirs. I know, pathetic. :rolleyes: I've also gotten orders from my sisters as to what to get them. hehe Can't forget to bring them something back! :hug:

One thing that I know I have to get is this super cute Tinkerbell F&GF pin. It's an AP exclusive pin that I was going to have to try and use my dad's AP for but now that I have my own...:thumbsup2 Gotta add to my pin collection! Plus I like the ones that sort of represent something like a favorite attraction, resort, or event that commemorate the trip.

Awww, bummer! The first time we went when pin trading was really huge we all wore our lanyards. We never got into the trading part though. I just like to keep 'em!

At this time hopefully we'll almost be in Orlando meaning it will almost be time to get on the ME bus and heading towards the Disney grounds.

HEY GUYS!!!

Well, we made it, I am sitting in our room at Kidani. I just looked out at the savanna and there are a couple animals out there...don't know what they are since it's getting dark (I guess that means they could just be rocks. LOL!).

There was a little bit of drama this morning at the airport but I'll get into that once I start the TR. ;)

Went to the Animal Kingdom this afternoon for a while...it was not crowded at all! Now we're just going to relax and watch American Idol since we're getting up early for EMH tomorrow morning at the MK!

Woo, another busy day here! We got back to the hotel about an hour ago after spending the morning/early afternoon at Hollywood Studios. It's still kind of crowded but definitely not unbearable like some people seem to think.

Another busy day down here for us. Today was the day we went on the Backstage Safari Tour at the Animal Kingdom which was AWESOME!!! Ahhh we got to see some pretty neat stuff and learned a lot too. Our day got off to a pretty funny start too. :rotfl: popcorn::

We just got back from DHS a while ago...I wanted to see the American Idol finale. :thumbsup2

Today we did some resort hopping which was fun. I also just found out that Danny Gokey was at the House of Blues last night and made a surprise appearance at the American Idol Experience the other night. OMG I would have flipped if we were there when he was. How awesome would that have been?!

Oooh, that will be fun. Dad and I went to the Home Run Derby/All Star game when it was in Milwaukee...it was a blast. Jealous about the Grand Californian! We visited there when we went to DL. It sort of reminds me of the Wilderness Lodge. Hopefully some day we'll get to stay in the DVC villas there.

We definitely had a good time and already can't wait to plan the next trip.

Hey everyone!

Well, we made it home safely. Unfortunately our luggage didn't. :scared1: We got paged as soon as we got to the airport here and they told us our suitcases got hung up in security. :confused3 They are supposed to be sending it on a flight tomorrow, so hopefully we'll see our stuff again. I'm just glad I packed my souvenirs/valuables in my carry on. Crazy.

The House of Blue's is really Disney's little "best kept secret places." When we were there in November with the boys, we saw The Black Crows. They had this little sign out front announcing the band. I think more locals go there, than visitors. Can you image if Danny would of been on your flight to/from WDW?

I must've had some gut instinct or something because as I was packing up I had a couple things in my suitcase and then decided to switch them over to my carry-on. Weird!

Holy cow, I cannot imagine if Danny would've been on our flight. One of my friends' husbands knew Danny somehow so I definitely would've had to say something about that. haha

Good news everybody, our luggage made it home safe and sound! :woohoo: Phew! So glad it wasn't lost.

I have to work tonight (it's really back to reality today!) but hopefully tomorrow I can start the actual trip report. I am anxious to get started. :yay:
