Well, no, it hasn't happened...but could it?

Did you say, "WHAT??" when reading the title? Would it surprise you if Disney decided to charge for these international soda samples as it does now for cooking demonstration samples during F&W? 50 cents each?

When I read the title I thought they were really losing their mind. We don't go in there much now, but that would be one way to keep us out forever.(club cool that is)

Personally, I don't think I'd pay for tiny one-sip servings of mystery soda ... !!

Wine tasting is a different thing all together...

I did exactly that when I read the thread title! So glad to hear this is a "what if" scenario and not already in place. We enjoy the free samples in Club Cool as much for a break from the sun as anything. We'd skip it if they started charging though - not worth it!

You got me - I thought Disney was officially losing their minds! I wouldn't put it past them to start charging nor would I pay a cent for a teeny cup of sugar water.

considering that Disney gets their soda for free, and Club Cool is basically one giant Coca-Cola commercial (so, i'm assuming they pay for it), yes, that would be completely ludicrous.

but at this point...i wouldn't be surprised. :sad2:
